Suture Fixation of Osteochondral Fractures of the Patella

Osteochondral fractures of the patella often result in a displaced fragment which is composed of a small sliver of bone attached to a much larger fragment of articular cartilage. We describe a method whereby the osteochondral fragment can be sutured in place.
