May I take this opportunity to thank you, and all your staff for the wonderful treatment I received at The Berkshire Independent on the above date. From the moment I had my consultation with you through to being discharged on Sunday 16th February nothing was too much trouble whichever member of your staff looked after me, everything was explained as we went along -very re-assuring.
The food was delicious and I could not have asked for a more cheerful, sunny room to wake up in. Cleanliness was of the highest standard possible. After care was explained thoroughly and we only had to ring up once to confirm that I was taking the right quantity of tablets.
